CDJA CODE OF CONDUCT
Members of the CDJA share a common commitment, through this statement of ethical practices, to promote the highest possible standards of professional conduct.

All Members of the CDJA undertake the following:

To uphold the Aims and Objectives of the Association, as detailed in the Constitution.

To comply with all regulations by law and to protect the Industry against fraud and unfair trade practices.

To ensure that all members, staff or employees conduct themselves in a proper manner, so as not to bring the Association into disrepute.

To provide a safe working environment and to maintain the highest reasonable level of safety.

To provide proper, fair and reasonable service to clients & customers.

To comply with all fair and reasonable contractual obligations.

To recognize and respect the fact that other members will compete for business within lawful practice.

To support the development of the industry standards.

To support the Association by taking an active role in CDJA activities and promoting the Association within the industry related organizations.

Compliance to this code of conduct is a condition of membership and does not represent, or limit, the entire scope of good behavior.
