CDJA CODE OF CONDUCT

Members of the CDJA share a common commitment, through this statement of ethical practices, to promote the highest possible standards of professional conduct.

All Members of the CDJA undertake the following:

​

  • To uphold the Aims and Objectives of the Association, as detailed in the Constitution.

  • To comply with all regulations by law and to protect the Industry against fraud and unfair trade practices.

  • To ensure that all members, staff or employees conduct themselves in a proper manner, so as not to bring the Association into disrepute.

  • To provide a safe working environment and to maintain the highest reasonable level of safety.

  • To provide proper, fair and reasonable service to clients & customers.

  • To comply with all fair and reasonable contractual obligations.

  • To recognize and respect the fact that other members will compete for business within lawful practice.

  • To support the development of the industry standards.

  • To support the Association by taking an active role in CDJA activities and promoting the Association within the industry related organizations.

  • Compliance to this code of conduct is a condition of membership and does not represent, or limit, the entire scope of good behavior.
